Health & Participation

Our programs, sessions, workshops and events may include somatic and body-based practices such as breathwork, nervous system regulation exercises, and guided movement. By registering and attending you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during sessions
• If you have any medical conditions, mental health diagnoses, or concerns about participating in breathwork or somatic practices, you are encouraged to consult a health professional before attending
• Our facilitators are not medical or mental health professionals and nothing in our work constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• You may pause, step back, or opt out of any exercise at any time without explanation

What information we collect

Depending on how you work with us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number and address
• Booking, purchase and payment records
• Any optional information you choose to share in registration forms (such as what is coming up for you right now)
• Your answers to applications, onboarding questionnaires and reflection forms
• Health and wellbeing information you choose to share, such as health conditions relevant to an event, and personal or emotional information shared in sessions
• Session dates and session notes
• Messages you send us by email, Instagram, WhatsApp or our forms

We do not collect payment information for free events. For paid programs and events, payment is processed securely through Stripe or by bank transfer. We do not store your card details.

Sensitive information

Health information and information about your emotional wellbeing is sensitive information. We only collect it with your consent, only when it is needed to support you safely, and we hold it with extra care. It is only ever seen by Fiona, and by a facilitator or practitioner at an event only where they need it to keep you safe.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Deliver the programs, sessions, workshops and events you have chosen
• Keep you safe, including checking readiness for events
• Send you confirmation emails with your access details (Zoom link or location)
• Send reminders and any logistical updates
• Process payments and send receipts
• Follow up with relevant information about our work and upcoming offerings
• Improve our programs, events and communications, using feedback you choose to give

Marketing emails

By registering for a workshop or event, downloading a free resource, or buying from us, you consent to receiving emails from Fiona Marie Co. about our work and future offerings. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will remove you from our list promptly.

We do not send spam. We send emails we would want to receive ourselves.

Testimonials & photos

We only share your words, name, image or story publicly with your written permission. You can withdraw your permission at any time by emailing us.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Zoom — to provide your session or event access link
• Our email and program platform (Go High Level) — to send emails, take bookings and host online programs
• Stripe — to process payments
• WhatsApp — for between-session support in 1:1 programs
• Xero — for invoices and accounts
• Venues and practitioners at events — only what they need to keep you safe

These platforms have their own privacy policies and handle your data in accordance with their terms. Some of them store information outside Australia, including in the United States.

We may also share information where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk to someone’s life, health or safety.

Automated decisions

We do not use computer programs to make decisions about you that significantly affect your rights or interests.

How long we keep your information

We keep your name and email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our email list. If you unsubscribe, we remove your details from our active list. Client records, such as questionnaires and session notes, are kept only as long as needed to support you and to meet our legal obligations, then securely deleted. We may retain records of purchases and registrations for internal accounting purposes for up to 7 years in accordance with Australian tax law.
