These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all workshops, events, and programs offered by Fiona Marie Co. ABN 76 405 843 641 ("we", "us", "our"), including online programs, 90-minute sessions, She Who Leads Herself™, Safe to Be Me™ 1:1 mentorship, ALIVENESS™ events, and any other live or online workshops and events.

Our 1:1 mentorships and private retreats also have their own written client agreement, which applies alongside these Terms. If the two differ, your client agreement applies.

By registering for or attending any event or program offered by Fiona Marie Co., you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. About Us

Fiona Marie Co. is a sole trader registered in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. ABN: 76 405 843 641. Our primary contact is [email protected].

We offer online programs, sessions, workshops, events and mentorship programs focused on nervous system regulation, somatic embodiment, emotional leadership, and personal development.

2. Registration and Eligibility

By registering for a workshop or event you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• The information you provide at registration is accurate and complete
• You are registering for yourself and not on behalf of another person without their knowledge

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a registration at our discretion. If we cancel your registration we will provide a full refund of any amount paid.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, or by bank transfer where offered. By completing payment through Stripe you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Each price shows whether GST is included or added.

Payment plans must be paid in full, even if you stop participating. If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause your access until it is paid.

For international participants, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees. These are outside our control and are your responsibility.

4. Refund Policy

Our places are limited and our work reserves time and care for you, so we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or are unable to attend. Where we can, we will help you transfer or reschedule.

• Online programs (such as She Who Meets Herself and RETURN21): because you receive instant access, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. If you have trouble accessing your program, email us and we will fix it.
• 90-minute sessions: you may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. With less notice, or if you do not attend, the session is counted as delivered.
• Workshops and events: all sales are final. We do not offer refunds if you are unable to attend, change your mind, or experience technical difficulties on your end.
• ALIVENESS™: tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another woman, or to another ALIVENESS™ day, up to 7 days before.
• She Who Leads Herself™: all payments, including your $1,111 deposit, are non-refundable. If you choose the payment plan, it is payable in full even if you leave the program. Full terms are in your She Who Leads Herself™ agreement.
• Safe to Be Me™ and private retreats: set out in your client agreement, which you sign as part of enrolment.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and if a service is not provided with due care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy.

5. No Recording Policy

Our workshops, events, and program sessions are live experiences. They are not recorded by Fiona Marie Co. unless we tell you beforehand, and may not be recorded by participants under any circumstances.

• You may not audio record, video record, screenshot, or capture any part of a session without prior written consent from Fiona Marie Co.
• You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any content from a session — including teaching material, exercises, or what other participants share — without written permission
• This policy exists to protect the privacy of all participants and the integrity of the live experience

Breach of this policy may result in immediate removal from the session and the program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content delivered in our workshops, events, and programs — including teaching material, frameworks, methodologies, exercises, written resources, and any other content — is the intellectual property of Fiona Marie Co.

• You may not reproduce, share, adapt, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• This includes the Psychic–Somatic Spiral™ methodology, Safe to Be Me™, Safe to Be Me™, She Who Leads Herself™, ALIVENESS™, our online programs, meditations and recordings, and all associated frameworks and teaching material
• Online programs and recordings are licensed for your personal use only. You may not share your login
• Personal notes taken for your own use are permitted

7. Health, Safety and Participation

Our programs, sessions, workshops and events include somatic and body-based practices such as breathwork, nervous system regulation exercises, and guided movement. By registering you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during and after sessions
• If you have any medical conditions, mental health diagnoses, or concerns about participating in breathwork or somatic practices, you will consult a qualified health professional before attending
• Fiona Marie and Fiona Marie Co. are not medical or mental health professionals. Nothing in our workshops, events, or programs constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice or treatment
• You may pause, step back, or opt out of any exercise at any time and for any reason, without explanation
• Somatic and breathwork practices can bring up strong physical or emotional responses. You take full responsibility for managing your own experience
• Some events require you to complete a health and readiness form before attending
• Psychic and channelled sessions offer intuitive guidance for reflection. They are not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice
• Personal change is different for everyone. We do not guarantee specific results in your relationships, income, health or life circumstances, and testimonials share individual experiences only

8. Participant Behaviour

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants. By attending any workshop, event, or program you agree to:

• Treat all other participants, facilitators, and staff with respect
• Hold what other participants share with care and confidentiality
• Not engage in behaviour that disrupts, harms, or diminishes the experience of others
• Not promote, sell, or solicit other participants for your own products or services without prior written consent from Fiona Marie Co.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session or program at any time if their behaviour is deemed harmful, disruptive, or in breach of these Terms. Removal will be at our sole discretion. No refund will be provided in this circumstance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiona Marie Co. and Fiona Marie are not liable for:

• Any physical, emotional, psychological, or financial outcomes resulting from participation in our workshops, events, or programs
• Technical difficulties, platform outages, or connectivity issues outside our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your participation in our programs, sessions, workshops or events is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which covers all our programs, sessions, workshops and events.

11. Changes to Events

We reserve the right to change the date, time, format, or facilitator of any workshop or event. We will notify registered participants as soon as possible if any material changes are made. If an event is cancelled entirely, a full refund will be provided.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. By registering for any workshop, event, or program offered by Fiona Marie Co., you agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, regardless of your location.

International participants acknowledge that by registering they are entering into an agreement with an Australian business and agree to these Terms in full.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date it was last updated. Continued registration for our events and programs after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
